OUR MISSION
For over 40 years, the Potomac Center, Inc. (PCI) has been helping Northern Virginia residents with counseling, psychological testing, group, family, marital and individual therapy services for all ages. We are a private practice with 13 Licensed Clinical therapists and one of the few practices that can offer a full array of mental health services under one roof, from therapy to testing.

Location and Parking
We are located in Place One Building, a residential building but the bottom floor is commercial.
Patients may park in Place One’s visitor parking from 9 am to 6 pm Monday through Friday without a permit.
During any other times, or should Place One Visitor parking be full, patients may park in spaces 335 to 340, located on the left of the turnaround, or on the street, which carries no fee or time limit. Patients may also get a free visitor parking permit from Place One front desk on the week-end or after 6 pm during the week.

What is Neurobiofeedback?
Neurofeedback addresses problems of brain dysregulation. These happen to be numerous. They include the anxiety-depression spectrum, attention deficits, behavior disorders, various sleep disorders, headaches and migraines, PMS and emotional disturbances. Neurofeedback is a kind of biofeedback, which teaches self-control of brain functions to subjects by measuring brain waves and providing a feedback signal.
Sessions are usually not covered by insurance. Sessions are $110 (per 20-30 min) & $200 (per 45-50 min).
