Michelle Hall earned her M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Regent University and currently practices as a Resident in Counseling under the supervision of Paul Marion, LPC. She is a compassionate mental health counselor who believes therapy should be a space where clients can be honest, feel supported, and occasionally laugh at the absolute audacity of life.
Michelle works with adolescents, adults, veterans, and individuals navigating anxiety, PTSD, trauma, grief, burnout, relationship stress, and major life transitions. Her approach is warm, collaborative, culturally responsive, and grounded in authenticity. She creates an environment where clients do not have to “have it all together” before walking into session.
Whether someone is processing deep emotional pain, struggling with people-pleasing, navigating trauma, or simply trying to keep their stress level low, Michelle helps clients build practical coping skills while exploring the deeper experiences shaping their lives.
Her therapeutic style integrates evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, mindfulness, psychoeducation, and strengths-based interventions tailored to each client’s goals and lived experiences.
Michelle is especially passionate about supporting communities of color, veterans, and individuals who are used to being the strong one for everyone else. She believes healing happens when people feel safe enough to be fully human, not perfect.
“Not everything that is faced can be changed, but nothing can be changed until it is faced.”
